Splash time!

Look at me in my fancy swimsuit & float! Yesterday was my very first time in the swimming pool & I loved it!!! I went with Auntie Diane & Emily! We had brilliant fun going round the lazy river, I even saw a big pirate ship! Can't wait to go back again, next time I'll bring daddy cause I know he would have lots if fun! X

Rainy day

Here I am with Nana, Grandpa & Auntie Debbie on my first trip to Newcastle. It was very wet & windy but we all wrapped up warm & had a lovely time. That's the mourne mountains you can see in the background. We had a yummy lunch in Maud's (I had my milk) & then a walk along the promenade where I saw really big waves crashing down onto the beach! What a great day thank you everyone!

Harry loves the snow

Harry saw snow for the first time on the 20th January 2013 and Mum and Dad decided it was time to make a snowman.  Luckily Harry was prepared for the cold weather and even helped Dad with the finishing touches to one of the snowmen.  We all had a fun day out.

Dad was glad that he had a nice warm hat and Harry had one too.

The snowman at the front of the house had stylish green eyes.  Harry helped Dad with some of the final touches.  He loves getting involved.

Once Harry was back inside in his new highchair looking out, Dad decided to throw some snowballs at him.

Food time!

Well today is a big milestone!! We started to wean Harry at 6mths old but he really didn't seem interested in food at all! But today we tried Harry with some banana yoghurt & he loved it!! He was even opening his mouth to let his mummy put spoonfuls in!! Sooooo pleased!! Well done Harry our we genius baby! X

Missing somebody!

Here I am having fun today in my jumparoo! Mummy's jealous cause all I've been saying today is a-dada, a-dada!! I'm missing my daddy! Are you on your way home from work yet? :) x

Harry is 6 months old

 Happy 6 Month birthday from Mum and Dad. Harry has grown and changed so much from the day he arrived until he reached 6 Months old.  Mum and Dad are very proud of Harry and are looking forward to watching him advance in the coming years.

Happy New Year

Harry, Mum and Dad McGimpsey would like to wish you all a Happy New Year.  Harry went out to Pickie park in Bangor with his Mum and Dad for a lovely New Year walk.  This will be an interesting year leading up to Harrys first Birthday and with Mum going back to work.  Looking forward to some fun holidays and exciting events along the way.

Harry shows support for the toon

Harry shows his support for the Toon Army (Newcastle United FC) by wearing his Christmas present.  Hopefully the Newcastle results will improve so we enjoy watching the games together.

Harrys moves to his own room

Harry moved to his own room during the Christmas break as he was getting too big for is pram bed. He has now managed 2 weeks in his own room.  It has not been a smooth transition but I think he is starting to get used to it.  The pictures show why it was time to move.  He lasted 6 weeks in his Moses basket then on to the pram basket and finally I think he has room to move in his new bed.
